Transfers and Ground Handling
At LVS we will arrange for your delegates to be met at the airport and transferred to the conference hotel in style as well as back again at the end of the event.. We can also arrange visa support where required
Offsite dining and transfers
Whilst you’re abroad you may want to hold your gala dinner at a stunning location to make it a truly memorable event. We mill suggest the location, arrange the catering and the entertainments as well as transferring your guests to and from the hotel.
Whilst your conference is important you will also want to give your delegates some time outside the meeting room to enjoy the destination. This might be a treasure hunt around the city, a catamaran cruise along the coast or a jeep safari into the mountains. Whatever the request, we will organise it for you.
Not all of your travellers will be participating in the conference. We organise spouse tours to places of interest, arrange shopping trips, wine-tasting and other activities to keep spouses occupied and entertained.
