Terms of Engagement for Venue Finding

• Logical Venue Solutions will hold all proposed venues on option for our clients.
• By selecting Logical Venue Solutions to conduct the venue find you agree to confirm all proposed venues through Logical Venue Solutions.
• Should you wish to confirm any proposed venue held by the Logical Venue Solutions directly with the venue, we will invoice the client for the total anticipated commissionable value of the booking.
