We will ask you to provide us with the general requirements for the meeting such as number of attendees, layout, equipment requirements, need for syndicate rooms, etc. Depending on where your delegates are travelling from we will find the most accessible venue. With that information we will then identify and reserve the best on your behalf and forward the options to you for your final selection. And, of course, if the meeting is for more than a day we will also book the evening meal and overnight accommodation for you. Before the event we will liaise with you to obtain details for the day such as lunch and break times, leaving you to concentrate on a successful meeting.
