Our team building events are designed to suit the type of group we are dealing with and the number of people involved.

Despite what our politicians might think, our experience is that people love to compete. Give them a challenge and tell them that they’re competing against other teams and they will move heaven and earth to win!

Our teambuilding events may well include a series of mental and physical challenges with teams rotating amongst a series of activities to accumulate points.

Alternatively, we may well have arranged a treasure-hunt style activity whereby teams must orientate themselves around a specific area gathering information, answering questions, taking photographs as they go. These can be enhanced to include transport via black cabs or a traditional Routemaster London bus!

As an added dimension to a team building event, we can also run a short initial session on the theory of team building and team character types prior to the above activities which will give the participants an insight into individual and group dynamics. We will then observe the participants throughout their challenges and then encourage them to draw out the learning messages from the behaviours observed which can then be transferred back into the workplace.
