We will check availability and terms and conditions including cancellation policy. We will arrange site visits for you and check the final contract. We will also act as your go between to ensure any amendments are actioned. And finally we will check the final invoice and clear out any additional charges not agreed.

We will protect your interests. We check contracts on your behalf and have over the years prevented our clients from incurring unseen and unnecessary costs by acting as a backstop on contract terms and conditions. If you are new to meetings and conference organisation our friendly, experienced consultants are happy to help and advice you during the early stages on such matters as layout, equipment, facilities, transport links, etc.

We’ll deliver the best-fit venue for your event. We have been in business since 1990 and have learnt to work very closely with most types of venue…so we really do know what works. We are a completely independent venue finding service, not tied to any chain or service agreement. As such our advice is completely focused on your requirements and your event. This means our proposal will include only hotels that meet your needs, such as location, level of services and budget.

We will do it quickly. We recognise how compressed deadlines seem to be these days, so we won’t hang around. We can often have a full proposal emailed to you within a couple of hours of first talking to you.
