the desired location – whether you want to be in a city centre or out in the countryside
access – are your delegates coming by train or car. If by car, ease and cost of parking will be an issue
style of venue – you may want high-tech, ultra-modern or you may prefer a grand, stately home feel for your conference
Meeting rooms – whatever the venue style, these will need to be functional, accessible and close to any breakout rooms. We will also take into account whether natural daylight is important to you as well as air-conditioning and also accessibility for any delegates with access issues.
Audio Visuals – you will no doubt require some form of visual aids for your meeting even if it’s only a flipchart in each room. AV needs to be available, modern and functional as well as reasonably priced.
Restaurants – catering will be a major factor in any decision; lunch facilities need to be efficient and wholesome whereas restaurants for dinners may be required to be more sedate and comfortable.
Bedrooms – Your delegates will need a good night’s sleep if they’re to function well in the meeting so a comfortable home-from-home feel is essential. Rooms need to be clean and comfortable with the right level of equipment for both work and relaxation.
Budget – all of the above are important but they must come in at the right price. We will establish your budget and then aim to meet as many of the above within your target price range.
